We value our customers and do our best to make sure they are happy with their purchases.
You can return goods that do not fit for any reason.
Conditions of return:
The goods must be unused and in undamaged packaging.The cardboard box with the goods must not be damaged.
Dusters, covers and other accessories from the kit must also be returned with the goods.
The branded box you received with the item is considered part of the kit and is not suitable for shipping. It is mandatory to add a shipping box to the branded box.
Labels on the items must be intact.
A return request must be made within 14 days of receipt of the goods. If these conditions are met, we can refund you the money you have spent, excluding delivery costs. The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the customer. ArFashion does not provide courier services for returns, you need to process the return yourself. For countries outside the EU, additional customs duties for the return of goods are paid by the customer. The amount of the customs duty upon receipt of the goods in Italy will be deducted from the refund amount. To request a refund, please contact our customer service team who will provide you with instructions on how to proceed. Once the return is approved, the item must be dispatched within 5 days of our confirmation.
The return track and the name of the shipping service should be sent to our e-mail.
